Borosilicate, the raw material, has many excellent characteristics, such as chemistry stability, low coefficient of expansion and heat-resistant, and the temperature range available is -20 to 150 centigrade degree.Chemical elements in borosilicate are silicon and boron. They two are completely healthy for our body. Glassware made by us are safe, clear, heat-resistant. Maybe that is one reason why our products are sold so well.
The factory
During past more than ten years, Boyu enlarged the scale and improved techniques. 4 large factory building occupy an area of over 10,000sq m. We have a group of professional workers, R&D staff and QC staff, who have collected rich experiences through years production. Our R&D staff develop new items every year according to requests of different markets. Meanwhile, our QC staff always inspect the goods in site to ensure quality of all sides, both products and the packing. New machines have been took into the workshop. That is to say, display the ancient skills and advanced techniques together.
No matter the laborer, R&D staff or QC staff, anyone of them has more than 10 years’ experiences. What they do is much better than machines. Art wine bottle showed in our websit are made by them, really really beautiful. R&D staff could design goods as clients’ requirement.
