| Q: What is your mininum order quantity(MOQ)? |
A: It is depended on the designs. Normally our mininum order quantity is 1,000 pieces for standard models, 3,000 pieces for special material or whole new design.

| Q: How do I customize my company logo or artwork on your design? |
A: Please feel free to let us know if you want to customize your artwork on our design. A artwork design file will be required in .AI, .pdf or .jpg file formats. If a quick preview of the design with your art work is required, we will progress a computer graphic for you.

| Q: How long will it take for my order? |
A: This depends on the complexity of your project. If you have an urgent deadline, please do let us know, and we'll try our best to see what we can do for you. Standard Production Production time: 50 days Custom Production logo, custom color...etc Pre-production sample: 10~14 days after order confirmation & artwork receipt.

Q: What if I want a sample evaluation for my project? |
A: Please let us know and we will try our best to assist you with the sample. If the order is made, we will provide a pre-production sample first for you to check the quality.

| Q: Can I make my own design of the pen? |
A: Any crazy ideas are very welcome, our engineering department loves new challenges. But please note that if the required MOQ or unit price might be very different from standard designs.

| Q: Once I place the order, how do you pack your goods? |
A: It depends on the design order you placed, here is our packing details: Standard Pen Size: 1 pc/opp bag, 50 pcs/poly bag, 250 pcs/inner ctn, 500 pcs/CTN Measurement: 36.5 * 31.5 * 18.5 CM ; Cu'Ft: 0.75' Jumbo Pen Size: 1 pc/OPP bag/bubble bag, 50 pcs/Poly bag, 250 pcs/Inner ctn, 500 pcs/CTN Measurement: 43.5 * 38 * 21.5 CM ; Cu'Ft: 1.25' If you have different idea of packingm please feel free to let us know, your consideration is our duty.

| Q: What shipping methods do you have? |
A: 1) For small quantity, door to door courier servier is prefered with express by UPS, FEDEX or DHL to meet your deadline on time worldwide basis. 2) For regular mass production, shipments can be arranged by sea, air, door to door, express or economy. We'll try to save your budget and meet deadline, therefore, please feel free to let us know!
