1.specification: 

PIR (Passive Infrared) bird repeller uses a safe and humane way to keep unwanted birds out of your garden or yard; either indoors or outdoors.      

Left side: five LED flash light, while the item is working, LED will flash.

Right side: Speaker, while the item is working, speaker will make sounds like gunshot or eagle.

Middle point: Light sensor

2.Three working modes:

day:it repels birds through sound,Speakers makes souds like gunshots or eagles,birds are afraid of them and then escape.

Night1:it repels through sound and light, speaker makes sound like gunshots or eagles,at the same time,LED light s will flash,birds  are afraid of them and then escape.

Night11: if you feel the sound will make noise for neighbor, you can also choose another mode:repel birds through light, it's silent ang repels birds easily.
