Question 1: Can I get an sample to test? How long it will takes?
Answer: YES. Normally we prepare the samples in 3 days and the delivery time is 5-7 days. So totally is 8-10 days.
Question 2: How about the quality?
Answer: Most of the customers are worry about the quality, we supply the production pictures when we are on production and after production. We have strict quality control system, all the order from JOY Company have beem inspected by JOY Company team. And inspection report will be sent before shipment.

Answer: Usual package is white and brown box without LOGO.

Quesiton 4: Payment
Answer: 30% deposit, clear against the copy of B/L.
