1. MOQ
For most items, the minimum order quantity is 500pcs/Item/color. And for some hot items available from stock, it can be as low as 50pcs/item/color.also we accept mixed order

It depends on your requirements. If you don’t have special requirements, we would quote by EXW or FOB Shenzhen.
3. Payment Term
Usually we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Western Union For VIP customers, better payment term could be granted.
4. Lead time
Usually our lead time is Two Weeks.
5. Shipping Method
It depends on your requirements. We can help you choose the best way to ship the goods if you don’t have a shipping forwarder in China.
6. Sample fee
Most samples fee can be reimbursed as part of payment for the orders you placed.
7. OEM/ODM Project
OEM/ODM project is welcome. We own our mold workshop and develop mold by ourselves.Our sales team would work with technicians and designers to give you best solutions and finish the project on schedule. 9. RMA Policy
