Application Conditions for Raise Rubber heat Transfer:

Procedures for Raise Rubber heat Transfer:
1. Place the transfer on the correct position
2. 1st Press: Applied heat for 5 seconds on the face side then place a release paper on top to cover the whole garment from heat
3. Reverse the garment (garment facing down)
4. 2nd Press: Apply heat for 18 – 20 seconds using light pressure
5. Let motif completely cool down before peeling off backing film
Recommended wash care symbol:
- Machine Wash, Cold (initial water temperature should not exceed 30C or 65 to 85F)
- Tumble Dry, Normal, Low Heat (A machine dryer may be regularly used at a maximum of Low Heat setting)
- Do not Iron
- Do not Bleach
- Do not Dryclean

1. Can we get some samples? Any charges?
Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost.
2. How can we get a quote?
Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity,
surface finishing, etc.and afterwards a quotation will be submited to you upon your email or trade manager.
3. What format design file you want for printing?
AI; PDF; CDR; high DPI JPG.
4. Can you help with the design?
Yes, 5 professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.
5. What's the trade term and payement term?
100% or 30% of the total value to be paid before production. Accept T/T, West Union, L/C, Paypal & Cash.
The concrete term can be negociated !
6. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes. absolutely you can !
7. What about the lead time?
It depends on the products. Normally 7 to 14 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
8. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. one day after shipping.
9. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
10. How do you compute the shipping charges?
We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. when quoting FOB prices or we can also calculate
for you even we quote the exw prices.
11. Do you have MOQ?
Yes. The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications of the label sticker you want.
