Pneumatic back tilting post, vertical post and horizontal arm can be locked pneumatically for one time.
Larger and thicker turntable, dismounting 11”-24” rim and max. tire diameter 1000mm.
Taller vertical post, dismounting max. tire width 330mm.
Rotary Switches use 40A switch, with a pure silver contact, much more durable.
Hexangular axle is made of S41 steel which is strong enough when dismounting 10”-22” stiff tire.
The foot pedal assembly is punching from high quality steel to avoid distortion
Clamps is casted by high quality alloy steel, hard enough and durable.
Dismounting head is made of special steel material, equipped with bead pressing blocks and bead pressing roller, dismounting low-profile tire without any aid arm.
Holes are ready for installment of left and right aid arm, also for quick tire inflator.
Equipped with right aid arm HF200, three pressing positions and tire support plate, saves time to dismount flat and large tire.
Aid arm uses powerful Φ100mm cylinder.
