Our blast pots are mainly designed and integrated with the wide range of nozzles, wet blast attachments, internal pipe cleaning devices, dust free blasting heads, abrasive control device.
Airblast recognizes the needs of the industry and our machines offer all the features that the professional use requires. All machines can be fitted with a well designed and proven single piece remote control dead man switch and silencer which significantly reduce labour cost, improve efficiency of abrasive, performance and safety.
The machines are constructed for a maximum 8.6 Bar (125 psi) working pressure.
A choice of pneumatic or electricpneumatic remote control systems are available with the optional Pneumatic Abrasive Control Valve which facilitates operator to stop or start media control at the nozzle without depressurizing the blast machine, enabling high output and uninterrupted use or blowing down the blasted surface prior to coating.
1.All machines are designed to be used with a wide range of accessories including an extensive choice of nozzles, wet blast attachments, and internal pipe cleaning devices. Numerous metering valve options are available depending upon the application including Micro Valve, Flat Sand Valve, Steel Grit Valve, and Thompson Valve.
3.Widely used in the metal surface cleaning field. Such as rust removal, sand cleaning, oxide skin cleaning, burnishing and descaling for parts used in the fields of ship building, auto industry, bridge, machinery , auto parts, other casting parts, forging parts, engineering parts etc.
