1. Product Description
Rust is the enemy of newly blasted steel - high atmospheric humidity coupled with low steel temperatures provide the optimum conditions for the condensation of moisture onto the newly blasted surface.
Condensation rust is one of the leading causes of premature coating failure. The Shandong Kaitai range of dehumidifiers
are designed to provide the optimum
climatic conditions for blasting by reducing the relative humidity.
Climatic conditions around the world vary dramatically from cold and humid in Western Europe, warm and humid in the
Far East, to hot and humid in the Middle East.
Different types of technology can be used in the dehumidification process –certain specific dehumidification technologies deal more effectively with a particular climatic condition than others.
Shandong Kaitai therefore has developed specific dehumidifier ranges optimized for use in the different climatic conditions, a separate range of dehumidifiers for
Western Europe, the Far East and the Middle East.

The Shandong Kaitai Air-Cooled Dehumidifiers are used for drying air of up to 100% relative humidity (RH) with temperatures from -30 ºC to +40 ºC.
The applications are numerous and wide spread. Below are some examples:
• Surface treatment during internal blasting and painting of tanks
• Shipping industry, both for permanent and temporary applications
• Controlling humidity levels in production processes
• Protection of equipment sensitive to corrosion
• Climatic improvements in damp areas

Shandong Kaitai Dehumidifiers are delivered as a complete unit with fans, filters, rotor and controls. The dehumidifier is
ready for site installation and connection to standard-size ducting.
Each dehumidifier will be custom designed according to the local conditions and the needs of the customer.
1. Installation and commissioning issue: We will send one technicians to assist with machine installation and commissioning, customer pays for return tickets, hotel and diet. Customer need arrange skilled worker and prepare various installation machinery and tools.
2. Warranty time:12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
3. Supply full english documents: including general installation drawings, pit design drawings, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book and maintenance book, etc.
4. Exported experience : Many countries, such as The USA, Russia, UK, Ukraine, Australia, Malaysia, UAE, Egypt, Mexico, Brasil, etc.
