Specification of Geogrid
Introduction of geogrid
1. Geogrid is made of high molecular polymer after extruded and laminated and punched into regular mesh before longitudinal stretching.
2.This process makes high molecule in direct line state in oblong oval net structure with uniform distribution and high node intensity.
3.This structure has rather high tensile strength and stretch modulus, especially our products of this kind have superior world class tensile strength and stretch modulus with extensibility between 2% and 5%The soil offers ideal force carrying and diffusing chain system.
4.It has large tensile strength (>150Mpa), and is suitable for different kindsof soil. It is a prevailing reinforcement material.

2.Polyester geogrid: tensile strength from 20kn/m to 1000kn/m, elongation less than 13%, mesh size 12.7mm or 25.4 mm or 50mm, coated by PVC (water soluble PVC or oil PVC max roll width 6m, roll length 50m or 100m, packed by black PE membrane + plastic pipe. With CE certificate.
3.Geocomposites: fiberglass geogrid ---tensile strength from 30kn/m to 200kn/m, elongation less than 3%,mesh size 12.7mm or 25.4 mm or 50mm, coated by asphalt (bitumen), max roll width 6m, roll length 50m or 100m, packed by black PE membrane + plastic pipe. polyester non-woven geotextile-------white color, unit weight often 150g/sqm. Composited by adhesive glue or by sewing. With CE certificate.
4.Mine Grid: tensile strength from 40kn/m to 800kn/m, used under mine for support and protecting, white or yellow color.
