Description:
Stainless Steel welded tube for machinery is a newly developed product, which is composed of coiler car,decoiler, peeler and straightener, pinch and leveling machine, side guide unit, end shear and butt-welding machine, edge miller, plate cleaning unit (optional), main drive, pre-bend unit, forming machine, internal welding unit, external welding unit,cut off unit.
High frequency welding is also called high frequency induction heating. It is the use of 10-500KHz high frequency current flowing through the metal connecting surface resistance heat and applied(or not applying) pressure in order to reach a welding method of metal binding.
Now we have three types weld pipe mills for you to choose, HG32, HG50, HG76 and HG127. Please choose the proper machine according to the wall thickness and diameter you need to make:

1.Take continuous production,there is no need to change the rollers in rough-forming section.
2.The quality mill is reliable in the welding seam technology.
3.The pipe produced by welded pipe mill covers most ss pipes which are currently used by build
construction.

Usage:It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turnable way. Passive uncoil pulled by roll forming system
Usage:Put the raw material(steel plate) through the beach to manufacture and process,
it can guarantee that the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity.

Usage: In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, chain transmission,roller was chromed which can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.
Material: blade, puncher and mold material: Cr12 steel with quenched treated 60-62
2).Cutting system: advanced hydraulic drive, automatic cutting after forming, no distorting or wasting, high level safety factor. It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the dimension and cut the target products.
