Working Description of Automatic cip cleaning system
Auto CIP cleaning system means that equipments (Tank, Body, Pipe Circuit, Pumps, Valves,etc.) and the complete processing lines can be cleaned no need to dismantle the pipes or the equipments, all cleanings are done at the closed circuit.
Operating Principle Of Automatic cip cleaning system
1 Auto-control for the flow of cleaning liquid.
2 Auto-regulation for the temperature of cleaning liquid.
3 Auto-compensation for the liquid level inside the tank.
4 Auto-compensation for the acid and alkali concentration inside the tank.
5 Auto-transfer from one cleaning liquid to another one (Such as acid, Alkai liquid And Hot water).
System adopts auto-alarm device.
