Wooden Door Details:
All conventional doors sizes can be easily accommodated. Also available along with the doors are doorframes and thresholds or complete prehung packages. We highly recommend, especially with our heavier woods (Ulin, Bankerai), that at least the frame be made out of the same material as the door. This will ensure the frame wood will be worthy of the door. Our prehung packages also take into account the weight of the heavier doors by using four quality hinges and properly installed high-grade screws.
Wood Materials:
All woods are kiln dried according to each woods individual kiln schedules, to insure stability of the wood after export to a different climate. We use state of the art machinery in our manufacturing process to insure tight fits at all joints and consistency. We use mortise and tenon construction at all joints with doweling on the heavier doors. Our glue is a very high strength 2 part compound specially made for high-density woods and has been well proven in this field. After all assembly each door is sanded and finished by hand. These doors are available in over 30 styles that can be viewed on this website.

We also manufacture doors in other different species of hardwoods including Teak, Mahogany, birch, elder, black walnut, oak, sapele, merbau, rosewood, etc.
