The Quality We Provide - Outstanding Quality Assurance
Control from production process:
•We don’t send parts out for pretreatment, all process would be supervised underinspection department
•7 stages pretreatment meet international standard
•Baking at high temperature after power coating to ensurethe paint finish
Control from material:
•All bolts and screws are of SS material
•Mild steel ERW rectangular tubes or sheets 1.2-2.0mmthickness, meet EU standard
•Plastic material is of ABS only. Durable and Sturdy. At least 10 years lifetime. Different colors for options.
Control from inspection:
•Process inspections after cold working, acid washing,powder coating and assembling
Final inspection before loading in random checking
•SGS third party inspection available if required
