We will arrange the production as soon as possible after we receive the payment. As it is generally the case, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to prepare the machines. But sometimes we have to do some adjustment according to the production plan of the manufacture department, so it may take more than 3 weeks.

4. How to update the machine?
If new version of banknotes is issued, you can use sampling box to capture the images of new banknotes and email us. Our technicians will develop the software for you to update the machines. It is free of charge.
