Rubber Water Pump and Suction Hose / Pipe / Tube
1. Features
- Ø High compression-resistant, aging resistance, good gas tightness and long durability.
- Ø The inner diameter can be produced according to the order.
2. Main structure:
1) Inner layer: employing as major materials of natural rubber and other composite rubbers that have fine resistance to buckling, with special reinforcing agent added; exhibiting characteristics of smoothing, anti-bending, anti-elongating and anti-aging.
2) Framework: employing fine fabric (canvas) or chemical fabric cloth(cord).
3) Outer layer: using natural rubber and composite rubbers as major materials, exhibiting characteristics of light body weight, anti-aging, anti-ozone, anti-bending, fine resilience, wear resistant, and good view.
3. Applications:
Suitable for suction and dischareg, delivering water,compress air and other neuter liquid. Used in industries of mining, shipbuilding, mechanical equipment, building, steel, electricity and water conservancy, etc.
4. Suitable temperature: -40℃ ~ +90℃
5. Technology standard: GB/T 1186-2007
