Introduction of Honeycomb Coal Making Machine
1. Coal rod briquette press is the kind of machine that regards the well processed coal as raw material, after crush, mix, and then compressed to all kinds of shapes and size of coal briquettes.
2. Through so long time research and improvements once by once, the coal briquette press machine has been improved the structure, improved the performance, prolonged the service time, increased the working efficiency.
3. It sometimes is called the honeycomb coal rod briquette press machine because there can be several holes on the coal briquettes, make the briquettes look like honeycomb. Duo to the holes on the coal briquettes, the briquettes surface is increased, so that the coal briquettes can be easily and totally burnt, which reduce the waste of energy.
Structure of coal rod briquette press machine:
Our coal rod briquette press machine with simple structure, include the body, drive, feeding, punching, and conveying, five parts.
1. Body parts: consist of platen, engine base, forming the skeleton entity.
2. Driving parts: composed of motor, belt pullry, gear, transmission shaft, etc. The motor make the gear shaft rotating through belt pulley, and through two gears pass to axis, and then by a pair of bevel gear and the axis of rotation to drive the dial, and then pass to the four panel movement.
3. Feeding parts: consist of spindle, hopper, agitator. It will strike by axial gear mixer, beaten coal and load mode barrel.
4. Punching parts: it is meanly consist of four slide, sliding beam, punch, punch holder, punch pin, activity pressure plate, end of activity mode, spring, etc.
5. Conveying parts: consist of transmission rack, belt pulley, support, conveying belt, etc. The conveyor belt random rotation then the shaped coal briquettes come out of the body, the adjustable screw on the conveyor rack can adjust the tightness.

How to make coal briquettes by our machines:
Besides the coal rod briquette press machine, we have also the assist equipment for the whole production line in store for you, coal crusher, double-shaft mixer, belt conveyor, auto feeder, etc.
the brief introduction of the process:
1. Firstly, crush the coal into powdery material by our coal crusher. (Size: less than 3 mm)
2. Secondly: make liquid binder for increasing the hardness of the coal powder by binder mixer.
3. Third, you have to mix the liquid binder with the coal powder by double-shaft mixer.
4. We have belt conveyor and auto feeder help you to feed the material into coal briquette make machine for pressing.
5. You can dry the coal briquettes by our dryer duo to the liquid binder. Or you can directly set the coal briquettes under sunshine if it is strong enough.
