HZS35 Concrete Batching Mixing Plant with CE Certificate
1.Aggregate using loaders feeding material way , batching machine can simultaneously store multiple aggregate
( usually four ) ,the ready batched aggregate convey by belt conveyor , inclined belt conveyor to the middle
aggregate on the upper of main building, the aggregate warehouse can store a jar ready measured aggregate.
2. According to the user 's needs , cement silos can be set to multiple positions , multiple blending silos ( user can
determine when ordering) , cement and admixture transfer by the respective metering screw conveyor to the
corresponding bucket .
3. Water , additives are pumped to measuring hopper separately . According to the program or manual instructions,
a variety of measured material is then added to the mixing console , to produce qualified concrete within the
specified time .
4. Meanwhile, host dust collector working automatically according to set procedures , the collecting dust add to
mixing console .
5. Each functional unit harmonization work under the command of the control system . The automatic control
system can work automatic and can also be manually operated. The system not only has complete control
functions , but also has a wealth of management functions.
In addition , the device equipped with a printer, monitor, etc. , in order to achieve centralized control of the
entire device , automatic management.
