PA6 worm wheel/Nylon gear of plastics products
MC Nylon means Monomer Casting Nylon(PA6), is a kind of engineering plastics used in comprehensive industries, has been applied almost every industrial field. The caprolactam monomer is first melted, and added catalyst, then poured it inside moulds at atmosphere pressure so as to shape in different castings, such as: rod, plate, tube. The molecule weight of MC Nylon can reach 70,000-100,000/mol, three times than PA6/PA66. Its mechanical properties are much higher than other nylon materials, such as: PA6/PA66. MC Nylon plays a more and more important role in the material list recommended by our country.
Electronic industry
The main application of MC nylon in electronic industry is ESD performance. It has been adopted for the various parts due to its characteristics of protecting electronic components from static damage, such as: chip salver, casters in the clean room, roller of the transportation system of LCD panel assembly line.
Auto industry:
Automobile industry is the biggest applied field of polyamide engineering plastics. MC Nylon can be applied in many parts of the car, such as: cylinder head cover of the engine, air cleaner inlet pipe, as well as the parts of power steering, oil reservoir, fuel strainer and so on. Besides, MC Nylon can be made into the gear for balancing the eddy bearing, which has a higher strength than metal gear, and reduce the noise of car in running.
