MC nylon is mainly applied in the field of mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electric/electronic, auto industry etc, to be made bearing & wear parts and structural parts instead of copper, tin, alloy and stainless steel. Because of the excellent inherent properties ,MC nylon is widely used in different industries, such as: mining, metallurgy, petroleum, construction, textile, pulp & paper, shipbuilding, water and electricity project, environmental protection and water treatment, ocean developing, war industry and so on. It produces the distinct benefit of economy and society.
The profile shapes of MC nylon, such as pipe, tube and plate can be manufactured into the four wear and friction components: gear, sheave, bearing and roller, as well as different kinds of structural component, such as: mechanical seal circle, guide plate, scraper etc.

Packing machine:
MC nylon can be made into variety of gear, turbo, bending plate, conveyer sprocket and wheel in the packaging equipments of beer or beverage, food, pharmaceutical, tobacco and cosmetic.

Automobile industry is the biggest applied field of polyamide engineering plastics. MC Nylon can be applied in many parts of the car, such as: cylinder head cover of the engine, air cleaner inlet pipe, as well as the parts of power steering, oil reservoir, fuel strainer and so on.
