KYLIN minitubular heater can be manufactured with differents lengths, powers and sections, and are avaliable from stock also with thermocouple built-in (type J).
The most advanced technological solution for the injection manifold heating. The square section of the heating part allows an exceptional heat exchange, along with an extremely easy installation. At this subject, it is sufficient to make a square section groove where the heater can be fitted, and further pressed. This application, as per below scheme,allows to use these heaters without any fixing system to mantain them in position and to get a better heating exchange. It is obvious that the application of our heaters, as above described, will guarantee both the perfect anchoring into the groove and the perfect contact and heat transmission of three sides of the heater.
