2. Do as detailed request suitable to long distance transportation.
1) 10 years for structural steel frame.
2) 3 years for rotary bearings, weight stack, pulley, guide rods and structural parts.
3) 2 year for cable/belt, bearings, springs.
4) 1 years for upholstery, handgrips, all other items not listed.
5) 5 years for painting.
We could offer the service of finding forwarder company with good service and competitive price.
Q1: How long about the delivery time?
A1: 10-20 days, it depends on the order quantities. And for some series,we have available frames of products.
Q2: What is the MOQ?
A2: One set for big strength machines.
Q3: How about the payment?
A3: We accept T/T. At least 30% deposit when buyers place the order, 70% balance before shipment.
Q4: How about your after-service?
A4: When we ship the products,we will attach another more 2% easy-worn parts for you. And during the warranty period, if there is any damage for the parts, we will send buyers the replacement for free.
Q5: Could you give advice if we offer the gym size?
A5: Sure,we have a lot of experience in this respect.
Q6: I don't know how to assemble the machines,could you help me?
A6: For Assembling,we have videos , pictures and Label No. pasted on the parts. It is easy for you to put equipment together.
