1. Feature of the drawing machine
The drawing machine applies advanced international technology,with digestion and absorption, the drawing machine id applicable for high intesity and performance demand. It mainly applied for the production of steel curtain wire,tyre steel wire ,steel wire for rope,spring steel wire ,stainless steel wire etc. The capston diameter of the straight line drawing machine series products is Φ350- Φ1200mm with maxium inlet diameter of Φ14mm and minimum outlet diameter of 0.7mm.
The equipment of the straight line drawing machine contains the function of human-machine dialogue,over tempertureprotaction for the moter,alarm for abnormal water pressure,fault display,ect. the capston appled the combination of the narrow water cooling and air cooling with good cooling effect. Generally it is an kind of efficient and advanced drawing wquipment with easy operation,high degree of automation and aboard process scope.
