Purpose
Mainly used for steel wire surface pre-treatment, such as removing rust, removing oxide skin, painting boron and so on, to provide smooth and available steel wire for the follow-up process.
Main process
of continuous Steel wire pre-treatment production line for removing rust and oxide skin:
Pay-off → Wire protection from mixing up lines or braking lines → Mechanical shucking → Pressure washing → Electrolyzing acid washing → Cool water washing → Hot water washing → Boron daubing → Drying → Take-up
The layout of main equipment
Surface treatment
1. The methods of cleaning oxides in the surface of steel wire can choose Ultrasonic cleaning, or electrolytic pickling with vitriolic acid, or electrolytic pickling with hydrochloric acid.
2. The methods of surface treatment can choose phosphating or boronizing.
You can chose Ultrasonic cleaning facility to replace the traditional degreasing and pickling process in the surface cleaning line for steel wire because of the Excellent features:
The cleaning medium may be recycled. There is no pollution produced. The occupied space is less than the traditional acid groove. There is no acid mist at the workshop, is safe for workers and reduce the damage to equipment and workshop.
