W24S series profile bending machine are lower rollers arc movement model bending machine,this machine can finish one time prebend,bending work.The two lower rollers are drive rollers,three rollers are all drive rollers are drive rollers optional.The position of top roller is fixed,the two lower roller make arc movement.Hydraulic control, LTD display the movement of rollers, display the movement of rollers, display precision is +0.1mm,It is easy to control the profile forming process . There are two support rollers in two side, ensure to protect the bend quality of asymmetrical profile.The machine is advanced structure,various of function ,can be vertical or horizontal work as customers requirements.

The machine is a kind of high efficiency processing equipment which is specially used to bending various kinds of profile steel such as angle steel ,channel steel, Isteel,flat steel,square steel and round steel,It can one time finish the produce of round rolling and round correcting. It is widely used in the fields of petroleum,chemical industry, hydropower ship building and machine manufacturing.The two lower rollers are main transmission rollers and the three working rollers can be also be main transmission roller.Two side rollers revolve the fixed centre of rotation to make the vibratory movement.There is support roller device at the two sides to ensure the rolling quality of the non symmetrical cross section profiles. The machine is with advanced construction,reliable works, small volume, complete function.It is advanced bending equipment both home and abroad.
