Mainly in

  

High grade industrial instrumentation, lamp, appliance glass, small, size flat tempered glass, interior decorations, automobile, trains, ships, thin flat tempered laminated glass for architecture, and etc.

 

 

Characteristics

 

1. Separate the quenching and cooling section ,the time to use of high pressure blower reduces 70-80%,and the blower power reduce 50%.With a small blower for cooling ,the power consumption reduces 30%.

 

2. Air diffuser: cross-spread big &small aperture .Advantage :reduce spot

 

    Fan: large air flow & low wind pressure. Advantage: reduce noise, save energy.

 

3 .The blower is controlled with inverter completely, so that it can reduce power consumption.

 

4. Add special air diffuser for tempering for saving energy.

 

5. The heating uniformity and the heating rate inside the furnace is improved by advanced heating system.
