4>. Main structure and work theory 

4.1,This is symmetric type plate bending machine, on through the roller press and the upper

 and lower roller to roll to finish rolling cylindrical workpiece.

This machine is made in the welding of the whole chassis parts and transmission parts of 

the two most.Part of the work is left and right roller bearing seat, on a roll, two bottom 

rollers (three root roller material of 45 # heat treatment), lifting screw worm gear pair and 

some auxiliary parts.On the roller is the main drive roller, roller is the passive roller, roller 

can adjust up and down along the height direction.Transmission part by main motor, main 

reducer and other auxiliary parts.

Down roller transmission is through the main reducer by main motor, main reducer output 

shaft through a set of gear transmission to the two bottom rollers, roller turn in the direction 

of transformation by main motor commutator.

Upper roller on the realization of the lifting movement, is through assisted by auxiliary motor 

reducer drive the left and right roller bearing the worm and worm wheel mechanism motion, 

make the mother on the worm gear with silk spinning, so that the lifting screw rod moves up

 and down.

Plate unloader is used when the cylinder after the completion of the rolled piece, designed to 

remove the artifacts.Before discharge, roll up first in place, at the end of a roll with roller

alancing device blocking, then tilting pin on the bearing seat, overturned tilting bearing, 

rolling can complete artifacts from one end of the roll out.

 

5>. Working conditions

This machine applies to the following Workshop

(Fuel tank temperature shall not be lower than + 10°C)

2. Relative humidity:≤ 80% (± 25°C)

3. Power:Three phase 380V ±  10%  50Hz

   with JB9969-1999 standard
