featuers and characteristics

The host structure
1. This machine adopts three beam four column structure, the fuselage by fixed on the workbench, slider, beams, columns, lock and adjusting nut, etc.Girder adopts steel plate welding, the main structure using co2 gas shielded welding.After welding inspection and aging treatment, eliminate the internal stress of the welded beam.Ensure the fuselage rigidity and accuracy.
2. The machine has enough stiffness and strength, rely on host precision adjustment nut on the adjusting column to adjust. The machine has compact structure, beautiful appearance.
3. The slider movement on pillar and set selflubricating bearing guide in interplanting oriented to achieve movement up and down.
4. The forging of 45 # steel is used in the main oil cylinder, pillar, column, the surface of the piston rod for intermediate frequency quenching process to ensure that the surface hardness HRC45-52. Oil cylinder seals use high-quality domestic sealing ring.
Hydraulic control system
1.
