Shandong Yaohua tempered glass is made by heating top grade float glass to its softening temperature and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air. The process of sudden chilling forms pressing stress on glass surface. The machinery strength and heat stability of glass are greatly improved. The furnace for tempered glass is advanced Tamglass tempering furnace. The heat soaked process for tempered glass effectively reduces the rate of self-explosion.
Yaohua tempered glass features
Safety: once broken, tempered glass breaks into little fragments avoiding hurt to people
Strength: Tempered glass has 4-5 times strength than that of ordinary glass.
Heat stability: Tempered glass can endure 3 times temperature change than that of ordinary glass and endure 200°C hot shock.
