1.Description of glass

Silk screen glass is a decorative product which printed inks on glass surface, by process of drying and toughening treatment, firing the inks on glass surface forever so as to anti-abrasive, acide and alkaline.

Laminated glass is commonly used as a safety glass when security and injury are of concern. It comprises two pieces of glass with an interlayer commonly made from polyvinyl butryal. The glass is prevented from shattering as it remains stuck to the interlayer creating a ‘spider web’ effect. Laminated glass looks like a single glass pane and is virtually indistinguishable from ordinary glass.

There are several laminated glass manufacturing processes:
1.using two or more pieces of glass bonded between one or more pieces of plasticized polyvinyl butyric resin using heat and pressure.
2.using two or more pieces of glass and polycarbonate, bonded together with aliphatic urethane interlayers under heat and pressure.
3.interlaid with a cured resin.
Each manufacturing process may include glass lites of equal or unequal thickness.
