Our new laminated glass production line will put to use in next month, it's max size is 3.5x15 meters, this is one of the longest, widest and maximum output laminated glass production lines in China.
We now have 3 laminated glass production lines, reaches 15 million sqm annual production.
Meanwhile, we bring in the fifth tempering furnace in February, 2015.
By then, the max size tempered glass we can do will reach 3.3 x 13 meters.

1.Description of products
We are building glass processing factory in Northern China.
We process tempered glass, laminated glass, insulated glass and many other kind deep processed glass.
Float glass and low-e glass from Pilkington, AGC, Xinyi glass, CSG glass, Jinjing Group, and Taiwan Glass as per your request..
CE, SAI AS/NZS 2208 and ISO9001:2008 certified.
04 cutting machines, 04 tempered glass furnace, 02 laminated glass lines, 04 IGU double glazing glass production lines to make sure our strong production capacity.

Product Features
1, Diverse colors, such as transparent, shallow gray, silver gray, green and blue, etc.
2, Energy saving: It has very good heat-insulating property; heat transfer coefficient is much lower than single pane.
3, Low noise: It is well insulated from any noise, can deaden noise through window from outdoors into indoors.

5, Reducing the risk of moisture condensation
- Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to 620°C. Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface while the center remains tensile.
- 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
- Stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass.
- If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.
- Suitable for use as a safety glass as defined by consumer product safety association 16CFR 1201, ansiz 97.1 1984 and BS6262.
- Conforms to CCC, AS/NZS2208-1996, EN12150-1. All work done on glass (beveling, cutting, bending, etc) must be done before tempering.
