Yellow mealworms screening machine
Introduction:
Second-generation multifunctional separator is capable of separating various components in yellow mealworm culture boxes synchronously. A safety cover and devices for collecting feculae and sloughs are added on the basis of a conventional separator, and an improved lower vibrating screen is upwardly shifted to the middle of the separator.
The second-generation multifunctional separator comprises a frame device and a mechanical transmission.
A yellow mealworm hopper and an air box are mounted on the top of a frame, the vibrating screen is arranged on the lower portion of the yellow mealworm hopper,a fecula discharge outlet is arranged at one end of the vibrating screen, a conveying belt is arranged below the vibrating screen, brushes and a lower vibratory separating screen are mounted below the conveying belt, a lower conveying belt is arranged at the bottom of the lower vibratory separating screen, a motor is mounted on the lower portion of the frame, a pupa container and an imago container are placed on the lower portion of the frame, and universal wheels and casters are mounted at the bottom of the frame.
Due to the new technical scheme, the second-generation multifunctional separator has the advantages that faculae in the yellow mealworm culture boxes can be screened out quickly and sloughs in the yellow mealworm culture boxes can be blown out quickly, larva, pupa and dead yellow mealworms can be separated while large yellow mealworms can be separated from small yellow mealworms, and accordingly, work efficiency is improved, and the second-generation multifunctional separator is safe and environment-friendly.
