The briquette is made by the advanced small briquette machine . Almost all type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used, including: wood chips, maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants,
sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse, etc.
Crushing part-- wood charcoal making machine line:
Hammer mill is the best choice to crush material with diameter less than 50mm( such as wood chips, wood cuttings, cotton/corn stalk, wheat straw etc.) into 3-5mm particles.
Drying part-- wood charcoal making machine line
Drying machine prepare suitable moisture raw material for biomass briquette press. Moisture of raw material is important for making good briquettes. The proper moisture of raw material should be 8-12%. The choice on dryer model depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.

The final biofuel of the small briquette machine
After the processing of drying, compressing under the high pressure and temperature, the wood briquetting is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood.
This bio-fuel briquette is 50-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder with a 15-20mm hole through the body.
Packing part-- wood charcoal making machine line
Pack final biomass briquettes for commercial reselling. They can be wrapped with a layer of plastic film. By thermal shrink wrapping machine, biomass briquettes can be packed into a bundle.
Automatic Charcoal Production Line
1. Crusher: Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dryer: Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
