* Introduction of the cattle feed pellet machine
The cattle feed pellet machine for poultry can adjust the raw material moisture to ensure good-quality pellets. Then the suitable raw material is sent to pelletizing chamber. When the roller is moving in the pelletizing chamber, it makes the raw material inletting the holes of ring die and form the pellets. Several paring knives cut the pellets to size as they are extruded from the drum, after which they fall through the bottom discharge chute into a container ready for use.
* Features of the cattle feed pellet machine :
1. The Feed pellet mill for poultry feed pellets doesn’t need any external force to feed the material.
2. As the grain material like wheat, corns, etc. is heavy enough to enter the pelletizing chamber automatically and smoothly.
3. The advanced conditioner ensures the conditioning time>150 seconds, making the material cookedsufficiently so as to be helpful for the quality of pellets.
4. Double or three layers jacketed conditioners can be installed to meet special needs of aquatic feed.
5. Size range of making feed pellets : 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm
