1.Q:Are you factory or trading company
A: We are a factory with export licence.
2. Q:Where is your factory located ?How can I visit there ?
A:Our factory is located in Yangzhou City ,Jiangsu Province which is near Shanghai and Nanjing LuKou International Airport.It only take less than 2 hours from shanghai to our factory .From Lukou Airport it will spend 1 hour to our factory .
3.Q: Can you do OEM ?
A:Yes , We can do OEM product .Silk printing or Hot stamp is no problem .Polychrome printing is OK .
4.Q: How can I get some samples ?
A:1. We are honored to off you samples.New client are expected to pay for the courier ,the samples are free for you .
2.Regarding to the courier cost ,you can arrange a RPI(remote pick-up)servise upone Fedex,UPS,DHL,TNT,etc .to have the samples collected; Or inform us your collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company .The samples will send out once we get your collection account .However ,once parcle pick up will send you the tracking No.
5.Q:What about the package ?
A:Package : each with a lable ,or polybag ,or colorful header card or blister ,a paper box ,or pvc box .
6.Q:How many days will we finished the production :
A:Usually ,Plastic product need 30-40 days . Wooden product need 45-55days .
7,Q:How about our payterm ?
A: Usually we use T/T ,30% deposite ,Balance against the copy of B/L.
8.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control ?
A:1,Quality is priority! Sanda Brush always attach great importance to quality controlling from very beginning to the very end :
1).All raw material we used are environmental-friendly.
2) Skiful workers care every details in handing the producing and packing processes.
3).Qualith Control Department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
