Au99 is a fully automatic online jet dispensing system developed for such application fields as electronic, medical, optical and so on.
Au99 dispensing system is obviously cost-effective, reliable, durable and streamlined in design. It is applicable to multi specifications of circuit board and substrates. XYZ three axes are of precise ball screw and are equipped with servo motor (including closed-loop encoder) and user-friendly software so as to ensure that the system is stable and reliable. The system is designed for dispensing application of chip package, circuit board assembly, medical supplies and other products. The track width adjustment can adapt to 340mm * 530mm products. AXXON has established a wide supporting and service network in the whole country, providing complete process solutions for customers in terms of development, manufacturing and product innovation.

Without Z-axis movement, the injection speed is 200 dots/s, which is as high as 3 to 7 times that of traditional dispensing.
High precision
The minimum amount of dispensing is 5nl, and the minimum glue dot diameter is 0.2mm, with the consistency that the traditional dispensing can not catch up with.
High flexibility
Non-contact type avoids needle from hitting the workpieces; and the extremely small dispensing amount applies to compact space.
