Quality’ is the life in BIG MASTER". In order to ensure all products meet our ultimate goal of 0% defect rate, we have implemented the following procedures
1. IQC: Inspect Raw Material
All raw materials and accessories must be checked or tested before entering production facilities. All unqualified materials are immediately rejected
2. IPQC: Inspect during Production
We provide quality control testing and analysis for each product line
a. Workers manufacture products in accordance with provided technical documents. The first several products of each day will be checked first by the worker, then by our full time QC inspectors. Mass production will begin only if the products have been tested and have passed inspection
b. during mass production, QC Supervisor will periodically check products to ensure randomized testing. Our QC team completes a tour of inspection and parts are spot checked before they are able to move on to the next phase in production
3. FQC: Inspect Finished Products
100% Finished products are checked to determine their quality level, normally we process below testing for finished Tablet PC Products:
Only 0% bright spoton the screen for the products is acceptable level in our factory. We process 100% final QC TWICE. We charge battery for 3 to 5 hours twice for 100% to ensure the stability of each product. There is no other company which will undertake tests to the quality and strictness that we do
4. Quality Feedback for Improving Quality Level
Firstly, We ship the goods to all countries from China.
Secondly, We FREESHIPPING to China Mainland & HK ( HongKong ), OTHER Countries's Customers needs pay for SHIPPING FEE. Normally we using DHL, FEDEX,UPS,TNT, China Airmail (CN post), HK Airmail (HK Post), Singapore Airmail (SG Post) etc to delivery.
We recommend to use DHL and UPS , EMS which we have good discount from Express Company. Hongkong Post Air Mail & China Post Air mail, Both Most need 10-30(or more) days depends on your country, SO which we do not recommend using China post & HK post for Delivery.
We will leave the tracking number on your order when we have shipped the package, you can get it and check your package after 24hours(Because it will take about 24hours for deliery company to upload the checking information on their web)in the following link:

Answer: Since Europe and America are our main markets, all of our products are with CE / RoHS / FCC / UL compliant. For some models, the certificates are already available. For other models, we will need your assistance to apply the certificates
Question C: Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products?
Answer: Yes, We can. OEM service is the most important part of our trade purpose. Also we would like to support you for design your own brand packing if you have no idea about the design.
Question D: How much do I need to pay for your OEM service?
Answer: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service. The OEM cost is already included in our prices.
Question E: What payment method do you accept?
Answer: T/T, Western Union, PayPal ( 4% paypal fee) .
Question F: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Answer: 1) MOQ for sample -----1pcs; MOQ for customerized OEM order---500pcs;
Question G: What is the lead time of your products? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)
Answer: 2-3 days for sample order; 10-21 days for customerized OEM order (based on different quantities).
Question H: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?
Answer: It will take about 3-5 working days for delivery by DHL / UPS express after we ship out your goods.
Question I: What is your product quality?
Answer: 1) Firstly our materials are purchased from qualified suppliers and serious controled by our factory purchase department. 2) Second our factory have the Quality control department and will fully inspection the whole production . 3) Our sales guy will take his / her responsibility to choosing a part of their products from the order for quality testing ; after above and we can allow to delivery out the goods to customers.
