Question 1: Can I order custom hats with my own design & logo?
Answer: Definitely yes
Question 2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
Answer: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.
Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make payment?
Answer: For simple design sample, it generally takes about 7 days to get samples made. While it will take a longer time for complicated design, digital print fabric, embossed logo, for example. Payment can be made through T/T or Western Union.
Question 4: How can I get my hats if I place the order to you?
Answer: That depends on the quantity your ordered. Normally,
