1. Features:
The forming machine is for shaping long or square loaf with high effectiency for restaurants or cake rooms. This machine is used in the production side of the special production equipment package, with high production efficiency, can save a lot of labor force characteristics. Suitable for hotels, restaurants, bakeries and other establishments to use
2. Notes:
- The two-pole (~220v) or three-pole (3~380v)circuit breaker with electric leakage protection should be installed on 1.2M of the wall beside the machine.
When ~220V,50Hz,select 16A(30mA) circuit breaker.
When 3~380V,50Hz, select 16A(30mA) circuit breaker.
- Connect the power as the nameplate and the waie voltage attachment should be connected by the technician accord the situation of the user.
- Don’t clean or lubricate the machine when operation.
- With thermal overload relay protection.

4. Usage:
- Adjust the pressing sticks and the protecting slices accord to the shaping requirement.
- Adjust the pressing board accord to shaping requirement.
- Start the machine and put the dough into the inlet,the dough pressed down, rolling up then in shaped .(Input the dough safetly, the hand should keep min.30mm from the inlet.)
5. Maintenance:
- All maintenance and cleaning should under all-pole disconnection,wipe the machine but don’t spray with water so as to keep the safety.
- Clean the machine after each usage.
- Check the lubtication of the decelerator annually and lubricate the machine periodically.
