Atrium for setting up
- 1. These bake boxes touch on secure of electricity. Installation is required strictly. Please ask qualified electrician to install it. Without a safety device inside, please setup a proprietary power switch. Selected conducting wire, safety device and electricity leakage protection device should be matched with this bake box. Ensure the safety of using electricity.
- 2. The place of the installation should have a good circulation of air, without corrodent gas or objects; temperature from 5°C-40°C;Comparative temperature no more than 85%; height above sea level no more than 1500 meters.
- 3. Keep a 20cm distance from the back of bake box to the wall; more than 30cm for two ends. Keep it far away from the explosive.
- 4. This bake box belongs to X connection, I (0I) type of instructed, normal type of waterproof.

Method of operating &maintenance
Get bake box ready by following the instruction; turn it on for an operating test. Turn on the upper and down temperature controllers, then the indicators are brightened; turn the switch to 150°C.(please don’t adjust the temperature too high in the operating test )When the temperature reach 150°C,temperature controller will trip operation; Indicators will be put out; means the function normally. Then adjust the temperature to 300°C for a test. If the controllers trip operation when temperature reaches 300°C;Means the bake box could be put into operation formally.
A bake box is usually equipped with a two-in-one mental base which is for baking high-grade western cakes. Because high-grade western food need a longer baking time; temperature is usually set lower .So you could put baking plates on the mental base. But for baking normal western food, temperature is set higher, shorten the baking time. In this case you would better take off the mental base, put the baking plate on the gridiron. The gridiron is adjustable in height. Every bake box is strict checked out before leaving factory .But maintenance is also very important. Please clean the bake box after every operating. Be easy and gentle to the bake box. And change of parts must be done by qualified technician. Operation for qualified technical only.
Bake box is equipped with an automatic protection device to prevent from the fire caused by over-high temperature. When the temperature reaches 320°C,safety switch can be tripped operation automatically. After fixed the break down, please reset the bake box.
