About the samples fee:

A: We need to order the material for your customized designs, pay the printing and embroidery, and pay our designers salary. Most importantly sample fee is REFUNDABLE.

Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.

A: The account is up to your samples, usually it is 100 USD per style , but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher. Anyway, the sample fee will return to you in the order.

A: It is 4-7 days according to the different samples. If you want the samples urgently, the prototype can be done within ONE days.

A: No, once we promise you that we can do it, you will not pay any fees any more.

About the quality:

A: Our quality level is AQL2.0/4.0, and our factory have Disney, ICTI, Coca-Cola, Sedex audit.
Our QC department will control the quality on line for you, we will sent you inspection report before shipment for you check it.
It is also welcomed that your QC come and inspect the quality.

A: Tell us how many pcs bad goods, sending us the photos, we will response for it immediately, and deal them properly with you.
