1.box-sucking unit:drived by indexing cam mechanism which have 5 sets sucking head.The unit can runs at the speed of 300 boxes/min. this mechanism stands itself out for its mplicity,pracitically,easy adjustment and almost free of maintenance because it's dipped in oil tank.
2.box-opening unit:twice opening function;in the first opening stage,boxes taken down from the box storage channel by the sucking head is drawn on the opposite direction by cooperating with another sucking suit(also called pre-opening stage);then opened by the over-open unit and brought to the box boat and calmped to loading section;the twice opening assure the box opened in full even if sometimes the box is adhered inside by the overflew glue.
3.leaflet folding unit:supplied by professional folding machine manufaxturer, adjustable up to 4-folding,the max, speed can be up to 300 pages/min.
4.equiped with hot melt glue applicator and flap inserting unit.two sealing function can be available without any additional cost.
5.equipped with BUSCH vacuum air pump and FISTO pneumatic components.
