1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

2. Q: What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?
A: Flexible MOQ policy from 50 pieces to 100 piece(special items excluded), which could be mixed by designs and colors, every deed to be done out of customer's concern.
3. Q: Can I put my own logo on the items?
A: Sure indeed. pls send your logo to us before manufactuing and after having it made into a sample as per your request, then mass production will be put into.
4. Q: What’s your sample policy?
A: Usually we charge $40 per piece which will be refunded when order exceeds 500 pieces. you may say it is too high, but you will find it worthwhile when you first clap your eyes on the sample. Devotion to quality and fullfillment of clients' is our core competence.
5. Q: What’s the production lead time?
A:usually it will cost 20-25days per bulk order exceeds 50000 pieces, but clients' urgent order will be accomplished as clients' request.
6. Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: flexible and negotiable. in order to conduct the transaction, pls feel free to tell us your preference under discussion.
About OEM&ODM:
1). We are able to do the product as per your design thanks to our professional team which including self-owned factory close to Guangzhou, experienced designer, skilled workers and strict QCs.
2). We can design some styles upon your idea, which is free once order being placed.

Whenever goods being caused damage during shipment, please have us swiftly informed and have them recorded by photos, which shall be improved once being proved yet we shan’t be reliable for the force majeure unless otherwise stipulated by law, and the liability shall be exempted in part or in whole depending on the effect of force majeure.
