Non-pressure Stainless Steel Solar Water Heaters
Non-pressure Stainless Steel Solar Water Heater is an economic system with higher efficiency. The water heated in the tubes rises through the solar collector to enter the tank, while the cold water at the bottom of the tank flows into the tubes, creating continuous circulation. The convection flow will continue as long as the sun heats the collector. The simple controller can be used to show water temperature, level and control cold water supply or electric element work at set time.
Specifications:
Inner tank: USB304-2B stainless steel, thickness: 0.4mm. Adopt high intension stainless steel, corrosion resistance. With advanced Argon arc welding equipment and technology to ensure no leakage and long life.
Outer tank: Stainless steel, thickness: 0.32 mm.
Frame: Adopt stainless steel, which is UV-resist and Corrosion-resist and suitable for different roof. Thickness: 1.5mm.
Tank lid: Stainless steel.
Glass vacuum tube: Adopt international advanced film coating technology, with high heat conversion efficiency, fast heat absorbing and temperature risen, even in cloudy or rainy day, it can work in perfect condition.
Vacuum tube model: 47mm× 1500mm, 58mm× 1800mm
Automatic operation: The simple controller can be used to show water temperature, lever and control cold water supply or electric element work at set time.
Insulation layer: Adopt computer auto-control equipment and advanced technics. Use polyurethane foam which is perfect in insulation. Thickness: 55mm.
Rubber Seals and rings: Stabilized high temperature silicone rubber.
