Main features of liquid filling machine:
1, The machine uses the card to run bottleneck suspension design work state, so that the bottle at high speed running smoothly and reliably, while significantly reducing the number of parts to make the change when replacing the bottle more convenient and faster.
2, Using a new generation of stainless steel flip-bottle holder, and bottle screw clamp so do not touch the section above, and a nozzle, rinse the inner wall of the bottle full, no dead ends.
3, Using advanced gravity filling technology, filling fast, steady, accurate.
4,Using magnetic torque screw lid, to achieve catch cover, screw cap. Stepless torque screw cap, seal tight and reliable, and does not hurt the cover.
5, Human machine interface touch screen buttons, PLC computer control with a lack of cover, overload warning device, timely detection and troubleshooting, high degree of automation.
6,With water contact parts are made of stainless steel, the main electrical components are internationally renowned manufacturers.
