Rotary Packaging Machine for Pouch with Zipper
Functions and features:
1) Packaging procedures: clip the bag, print codes, open the zipper, open the bag,
filling 1, filling2, heat sealing and output packages.
2) Totally automatically controlled by computer: adopts imported PLC and actuator,
with reliable and safe operation and easy maintenance, without pollution.
3) Adopts frequency governor to regulate the speed.
4) Good sealing quality and very low bag broken rate.
5) The shaping step is especially designed to keep the sealing from breaking, so
the sealing is flat and smooth.
6) The machine body adopts advanced plastic spraying technology, while the parts
that contact the materials are made of stainless steel, so it has a good standard
anticorrosive property and long service time.
7) According to the packing materials' demands, you can choose automatic metering
mechanism, automatic screw filling machine, intelligent function scale and other
products suitable for automatic metering, which are combined into an automatic
assembly line (also can pack through manual material feeding).
8) With different feeders changed to pack solid, liquid, thick liquid and powder.

1) Solid species: candy, biscuits, peanuts, green beans, pistachios, crystal candy,
white sugar, brown sugar, cookies, cakes, daily commodities, cooked food, pickles
