YB- TB200 Automatic shrink sleeve labeling made in China.
Performance feature:
1. The whole line can be adjusted production automatically or manually:
Automatic speed control: under automatic state, our machine can adjust speed according to the former production speed automatically, with bottles of magic eye, fully automatic tracking system, fully achieve unmanned automation function.
Manual control: can control convey speed according to the requirements of the production, the operation fully human.
2. Whole machine malfunction automatically detect, equipped with man-machine interface in Chinese/English display and trichromatic lamp alarm prompt, could find out equipment failure reasons timely.
3. Single positioning guide pillar type center: more stable to guide the label.
4. Adjustable cutter head: original cyclotron cut-off, double blade, long life;
5. Cutting surface is smooth and no tail, make the shrink more perfect.
6. Applicable bottle type: round square, flat, cup type and irregular curve type bottles.
7. Main electrical elements adopts foreign well-known brand.

YB-1800 Steam Shrinkage Furnace
Product features:
1. New steam shrinkage furnace, no matter what kind of bottle shape, when use this machine, all can achieve the best shrink effect.
2. Shrinkage smooth, the steam jet method adopts pipeline pinhole type vapor emission, vent are divided into three adjustable sections, for each section, up and down, front and back, and air output can be adjusted, achieve the most perfect shrink effect.
3. The machine cover is made of stainless steel and heat preservation, not only save energy, but also shrinkage effect more perfect.
4. The stainless steel water dish at bottom of machine could collect water, connection pipe discharge, does not affect the environment.
5. The whole machine adopts the waterproof design, convenient operation and maintenance.
