Brief Introduction: Starch, a high polymeric carbohydrate is a mixture of two polysaccharides, such as amylase and amylopectin. Starch conversion enzyme AU-PE550 can change the internal structure of starch, which will decrease the starch viscosity, thereby meeting the requirement in papermaking process. The product can be applied in the pulp and paper making industry, like cultural paper and paperboard;
Packing: 20kg/drum in bulk
Dosage Paperboard: 300-500g/ Ton starch;
Cultural Paper: 1000-2000g/t starch
Advantage:
1. The benefits of using this product for modifying original starch are easier operation ethnics, not
change PH value, and not effect the follow-up production, non corrosive and no pollution.
2. Increase physical indicators steadily. If add the product with original starch, the starch slurry will
have multiple function and strong bonding, which can increase the adhesion between the fiber,
improve the physical strength of the paper pulp, improve the folding, burst, breaking length and
ring crush strength of the paper pulp and reduce the conditions of indicators declining significantly
because of damp;
3. Adding starch conversion agent to original starch can improve sizing efficiency, increase the
smoothness and surface strength of paperboard and improve the printing performance of
paperboard;
4. Simple operation, easy to use and can replace other product of viscosity reducer completely;
Usage Method:
1. Adding time: Add the proper product in to stewing tank after the origin starch has dissolved in the tank (before heating up and pasting)
2. Pasting time: From heating up to pasting (95 degree Celsius) about 25 to 30 minutes, keep warm for about 20 minutes, then cool down to 60 to 70 degree Celsius, the product can be used (according to customers’ request)
