Porcelain Enamel Tank adopts international advanced technics, with excellent working condition. Porcelain Enamel Tank is insulated and can help preserve heat and it can work in perfect condition. Its operation life will be over 15 years.

Inner tank: Titanium Steel, thickness: 2mm and Enamel Coating, thickness: 0.5mm.
Outer tank: Colored Steel Sheet thickness: 0.5 mm
Tank Include: 1.5kw or 2.5kw Electric Heating Element, T&P Valve, Mg Anode, sensor, single or double heat exchanger.

Advantages of porcelain enamel tank
1.Superior anti-corrosion ability.
The enamel coating on the surface of inner steel vessel is a kind of silicate,so it never face the danger of scale or corrosion,just like glass.Also,after barking at 900 degree Celsius,enamel coating is so perfectly covered on the surface of inner steel plate that water had chance to contact with inner plate.
2.Double heat preservation.
Its physical feature ensures that enamel coating can be served to preserve heat,just like the polyurethane foam.From this point,our enamel tank has double heat preservation.Also as enamel coating is insulated from heat,the service life of polyurethane foam will be much longer & efficient.For porcelain enamel tanks,the heat loss coefficient is 5-7% per day.
