4. Application
Q: 1. Can I place sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we accept sample order for checking and testing. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q: 2. What about the lead time?
A: 3-5 days for sample, 10-35 days for mass production.
Q: 3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q: 4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Small order ship by express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, it takes 3-5 days to arrive. Big order ship by air or by sea.
Q: 5. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: 1) send inquiry with rough order quanity to us.
2) we quoted prices to you.
3) If everything is ok after checking, you can send offical PO to us, and we will send PI to you.
4) You sign back the PI and arrange deposit, then we start to produce.
Q: 6. Is it OK to print my logo on product or packing?
A: Yes. We can design for you or you provide the drawing, we will send the final drawing to you for final checking before production.
Q 7: Do you offer guarantee for the LED light products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-3 years warranty of our products.
Q 8: How to deal with the faulty led lights?
A: Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
During the warranty period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch, we will repair them and resend to you or we can discuss the solution including return according to real situation.
